Delivery area
Vayk Winery accepts online wine orders only for sale and delivery within Armenia. We do not currently offer online sales or shipping outside Armenia. All confirmed orders are expected within 1–5 business days after an order is confirmed, subject to location, holidays, and weather. We will contact the customer if a material delay is expected.
Free delivery in Armenia
For customers who are not active club members, delivery within Armenia is free with the purchase of two or more bottles. A one-bottle order has a fixed delivery charge of AMD 1,500. Active Enthusiast and Collector members receive complimentary delivery on every wine order during their membership year, regardless of bottle quantity.
Payment and confirmation
Ordinary wine orders placed on the website are paid in cash when delivered. An automatic email confirms that the request was recorded; the winery will then confirm the order and delivery details directly with the customer.
When ACBA Bank VPOS payments are activated, a prepaid order will be dispatched only after the payment provider has confirmed successful payment. The total amount, including any delivery charge and applicable taxes, will be shown before the order is submitted.
Age verification
The person receiving wine must be at least 18 years old. The courier may request a valid identity document before handing over the order. Wine will not be delivered to a minor or left unattended when the recipient’s age cannot be verified.
Failed delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because no eligible recipient is available or the address or telephone number is incorrect, we will try to contact the customer and arrange another time. Any reasonable redelivery charge will be disclosed and agreed before a second delivery is attempted.
Paid membership delivery
During an active Enthusiast or Collector membership, delivery anywhere in Armenia is complimentary for the membership wine selection and every additional wine purchase made directly from Vayk Winery. The benefit is not limited to one delivery, and no minimum bottle quantity applies. Like all other confirmed orders, each qualifying member order will be delivered within 1–5 business days after the order, active membership, complete delivery address, and reachable telephone number are confirmed; prepaid orders also require confirmed payment.
Cancellations, replacements, and refunds
Rules for cancelling before dispatch and resolving damaged, incorrect, or defective wine are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. That policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights under Armenian law.
