Delivery area
Vayk Winery accepts online wine orders only for sale and delivery within Armenia. We do not currently offer online sales or shipping outside Armenia. New card-paid orders are expected within 1–5 business days after verified payment, subject to location, holidays, and weather. We will contact the customer if a material delay is expected.
Free delivery in Armenia
For customers who are not active club members, delivery within Armenia is free with the purchase of two or more bottles. A one-bottle order has a fixed delivery charge of AMD 1,500. Active Enthusiast and Collector members receive complimentary delivery on every wine order during their membership year, regardless of bottle quantity.
Payment and confirmation
New online wine orders and paid memberships use card payment only through ACBA / ArCa’s secure bank-hosted page. A confirmation and receipt are emailed automatically after verified payment. Separate manual contact is not required for confirmation. Delivery within Armenia takes 1–5 business days after verified payment, not after an unpaid order request.
An online purchase will be dispatched only after the payment provider has confirmed successful payment. The total amount, including any delivery charge and applicable taxes, will be shown before the order is submitted.
Age verification
The person receiving wine must be at least 18 years old. The courier may request a valid identity document before handing over the order. Wine will not be delivered to a minor or left unattended when the recipient’s age cannot be verified.
Failed delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because no eligible recipient is available or the address or telephone number is incorrect, we will try to contact the customer and arrange another time. Any reasonable redelivery charge will be disclosed and agreed before a second delivery is attempted.
Paid membership delivery
During an active Enthusiast or Collector membership, delivery anywhere in Armenia is complimentary for the membership wine selection and every additional wine purchase made directly from Vayk Winery. The benefit is not limited to one delivery, and no minimum bottle quantity applies. Each qualifying new card-paid member order will be delivered within 1–5 business days after verified payment. Active paid membership, a complete delivery address, and a reachable telephone number are required.
Cancellations, replacements, and refunds
Customers may contact the seller before dispatch to request cancellation. Rules for cancellation, refunds, and related cases are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. That policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights under Armenian law.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective products
If a damaged, incorrect, or defective product is delivered, the customer may contact the seller with a claim. Replacement, return, and refund procedures are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Customers should notify the seller of damaged or incorrectly delivered products within a reasonable time, providing the necessary information about the complaint and photographs of the product or packaging.
Seller’s liability
The seller undertakes to fulfil orders properly and in good faith, complying with the requirements of Armenian law.
The seller is not liable for delivery delays or inability to fulfil an order caused by circumstances beyond the seller’s control, or for consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer. Nothing in this section may be interpreted as a limitation of the seller’s liability prohibited by Armenian law.
Force majeure
The parties are released from liability for total or partial non-performance of their obligations where it is the direct consequence of extraordinary and unforeseeable circumstances beyond their control, whose occurrence or consequences could not reasonably have been prevented or overcome.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, military action, states of emergency or other restrictive measures, widespread transport disruptions, communication or payment-system failures, and similar circumstances, insofar as they directly affect performance of the obligations.
Applicable law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. No provision may be interpreted as limiting or waiving consumer rights conferred by mandatory provisions of Armenian law. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Changes
The seller may change these terms as necessary by publishing them on the website. The terms in effect when an order is placed and confirmed apply to that order, unless otherwise provided by law or agreed by the parties.
